Manual

Play ocean waves in an intuitive way: draw waves with your finger or mouse on the pad below the panel. The horizontal length sets the wave's length, and the vertical arc sets its intensity.

Heart Coherence

A guided 5-minute session with a precise rhythm — a 5-second wave followed by 5 seconds of rest. Follow the breathing circle to synchronize your breath.
